Brief Synopsis:

A mother had amassed quite an empire of rental properties. Her sons helped her manage the properties during her life and she named one of her sons as the trustee. Upon her passing, however, that trustee went rogue. He would not communicate, would not disclose rental income, sold properties and kept the proceeds, and wrote checks to himself. Our team took him to trial, had him removed as trustee, and obtained a $400,000 judgment that was taken from his share.
