Anupe Litt is an Associate Attorney at Fox Law who concentrates her practice in Trust and Estate Litigation. With a strong foundation in civil litigation and a focus on contested matters involving wills, trusts, and probate, Anupe is committed to helping clients resolve complex family and financial conflicts with clarity and strategic precision.

Before joining Fox Law, Anupe practiced in the field of insurance defense, representing clients in high-stakes litigation involving personal injury and property damage. This experience sharpened Anupe’s litigation skills, particularly in discovery strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation. These skills translate directly to the often-contentious arena of trust and estate litigation.

Clients appreciate Anupe’s measured approach, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout every stage of litigation. Whether advising on pre-litigation strategy or representing clients in court, Anupe brings a balanced perspective rooted in both legal acumen and real-world experience.

Anupe received her law degree from McGeorge School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Political Science/Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside. Anupe has been named a Rising Star by SuperLawyers, a designation awarded to only 2.5% of lawyers in each state who have demonstrated exceptional professional achievement and peer recognition. She is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association.

Outside of work, Anupe enjoys hiking, traveling, enjoying live music, and practicing yoga. She has also completed two half-marathons and a Spartan race.
