Austin Adams, partner at Fox Law, is a client-oriented attorney who effectively guides individuals through the unique challenges of trust and estate litigation. As a counselor, he seeks to understand each client’s experience and then offers solutions that fit their needs. As an advocate, he fights relentlessly and passionately to achieve the best possible outcome for each client. With over a decade of experience as an attorney, Austin is equally at home in the courtroom, at the mediation table, and researching and writing persuasive legal briefs.

Austin began working with attorney Ben Fox in 2019 and quickly developed an aptitude for trust and estate litigation. Austin was elevated to Partner in 2026 at the inception of Fox Law. He understands that these matters are not only legally and financially complex, but emotionally challenging for the people involved. He works hard to achieve creative, customized solutions that protect what matters most to his clients and allow them to move forward with peace of mind.

A Northern California native, Austin was only 23 when he graduated magna cum laude from Oak Brook College of Law in Fresno. Austin was one of the top four students in his class and passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt. Since becoming licensed in 2013, he has consistently set aside time to provide pro bono legal assistance to nonprofit organizations and churches.

Before becoming an attorney, Austin provided critical medical care to patients as an Emergency Medical Technician. He finds fulfillment in providing a steadying force and the assurance of skilled and zealous legal representation in the stressful environment of estate litigation.

When he is not in the office, Austin can often be found exploring the California backcountry with his wife. A worldwide traveler, Austin has lived abroad for a decade, spent time in 17 countries, and visited all 48 contiguous states.

His interests include photography, backpacking, philosophy, and running ultra-marathons.
